Privacy and resource requests

Information collected

When you request a downloadable or online-readable Free Resource, the website may collect your first name, email address, the resource requested, the resource type, the access date and time, whether online reading or downloading was successfully completed, and whether you separately selected the optional marketing-consent checkbox.

How it is used

This information is used to process the resource request, provide access to the requested resource and understand legitimate resource usage. A one-time transactional acknowledgement may be sent after a Contact, CV or Free Resource request. Occasional engineering, AI and professional updates may be sent only when the optional marketing-consent checkbox was selected.

Limited usage tracking

The website records successful reader openings and downloads for summary reporting. It does not record every page viewed, reading time, mouse movement or device fingerprints.

What is not implied

An email address is stored as provided and is not treated as verified. Requesting a resource does not automatically subscribe you to marketing communications.

Privacy and access

Submitted information is stored privately and is not displayed publicly. It is intended for future private administration and legitimate website communications only.
